Although we are equipped with various of cutting-edge home inspection tools and gears, we only rely on them when we need to verify our visual observations. A good example is the use of thermal camera and moisture meter to trace the source of a leak. The results make sense only if you know when to use specific test equipment and the limitations of its use.
